There were exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating, ironing facilities, and a writing desk inside the room. Great location in quiet area was a plus.

Though everything was nice, some of the staff were a bit rude.

Staying at the hotel was such wonderful, I would come here again. Everything was fine during 5 days, enjoyed its comfortable location just next door to the bus stop and the train station and public transport. The staff was amazing, as well as owner. The room was a nice size with smoke detectors for safety measures, and a sofa bed, central heating, and an iron.

Appreciated our good-sized and well-kept room equipped with the kitchen, mirrors, for instance. A hair dryer and bath sheets were available there.

All the personnel was amazing. The location of the hotel was great, in the middle of the city. Plus, it was very close to quiet area, the bus stop and the train station and the Tokyo World festival.

The hotel is located in a peaceful and wonderful area, I would love to stay longer to enjoy the quiet surroundings, and I also visited The Wackum Inn for a few drinks after a long day.

the kitchen facilities were good, allowing me to cook my own meals. The access to a washing machine was also convenient for doing laundry during my stay. Plus, the property was located close to amenities such as supermarkets and a laundromat, making it convenient to get supplies and take care of errands. Although this accommodation is budget, it was clean and reasonably comfortable.

The lack of charging outlets in the room was a major inconvenience. My bed was on the opposite side of the room from the only outlet, so I had to buy an extension lead just to charge my devices.

The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a good view of the city.

The location is great, with a supermarket and a large supermarket within walking distance - it's a perfect area and a nice place for me.

This place is situated near the Tokyo World festival, a bus stop, and the train station, as well as Eastville Park. It's also not too far from a KFC, so if you're in the mood for some quick bites, it's right there!

Great value for money, the room felt like my own cozy house. The facilities were always clean and available for use. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The location was convenient, with easy access to the town via the bus route. The staff was friendly and communication was excellent.

More breakfast choices would have made the experience even better.
